The Roof Tile and Slate Company recommends all installations of clay and slate to be as per the manufacturers’ recommendations and local building codes or the slate manual provided by the NRCA and roof tile manual from the Tile Roof Institute. The Roof Tile and Slate Company is the supplier and not the installer of the products sold. The customer and the contractor shall indemnify the supplier for any damages that might arise from the installation of the product. Variations in composition, texture, density, finish, size and thickness may vary in any properties from shipment to shipment.
